We’re looking for a talented and dynamic Philippine-based candidate with experience in the real estate industry (USA or Canada) who wants to apply their skills in a new way. In your role as a Recruiter and Account Manager for Pro R.E.A. Staffing, you will work with a team of other experienced recruiting professionals who help our real estate agent clients hire assistants, transaction coordinators, marketing specialists, and more. 

In this diverse and fast-paced role, you’ll have an active role in the full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding new clients, reviewing resumes, conducting phone and video interviews, reference checks, and drafting offer letters.

NOTE: Residential real estate industry experience is REQUIRED. Prior recruiting and account management experience is a plus, but not required. We have a unique process and a solid training program to teach you how to be a strong recruiter and account manager.

What You’ll Do:

Your time will be divided evenly across the following activities

  • Onboard and meet with new clients via Zoom to help them determine who and what they need
  • Manage the full recruiting process
  • Edit and post jobs 
  • Review incoming resumes and invite candidates to interview
  • Follow-up with candidates and keep the pipelines clean
  • Conduct phone interviews
  • Conduct video interviews  
  • Schedule in-person interviews
  • Draft weekly client update emails
  • Any other administrative tasks as needed
  • We have a full-time sourcer, however, when you have free time: 
  • Reach out to candidates on LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Compile lists of potential candidates via online search and social media
  • Manage candidate drip campaigns
  • Call and email candidates

We are looking for TALENT. Does this describe you?

  • A skilled communicator; comfortable speaking to people on the phone and building rapport quickly. Excellent writer and editor.
  • Highly organized and a master at following-up and following-through with attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and internet savvy
  • Curious and eager to learn with the ability to apply your knowledge to the role

Required experience and background:

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential real estate, escrow, mortgage 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

The Details:

What You Earn: $1200 – $1500/month

When: Monday – Friday. Must be available during U.S. business hours, have a dedicated workspace free from distraction, and reliable high-speed internet
