Administrative and Scheduling Coordinator Wixom MI

We are looking for a talented Remote Administrative and Scheduling Coordinator. This role is part Air Traffic Controller, part Admitting Office at the Emergency Room, part Puzzle Solver. You’ll schedule multiple Professional Signing Agents for a mortgage closing company, ensuring that they meet with clients on time. And, you’ll field incoming calls and requests, handle schedule changes, shifts in priorities, and more. You’ll be the hub that keeps the business flowing.

We are seeking an individual who works with a sense of urgency, is driven, and is an excellent communicator, always keeping their team and clients in the loop.

A Day in The Life

On any given day, you will respond to a high volume of emails, schedule roughly 150-200 closings for the week for a team of 25-30 signing agents, and provide service with a smile. You will need to be flexible and able to pivot to accommodate the last-minute reschedulings. Like we said earlier, you are the Puzzle Solver! While this position is remote, occasionally, you will be working onsite at a clients office location.   

However, it’s not all “rush rush rush” all the time. This remote team also finds the time to come together, collaborate, share, inspire and encourage. 

Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master:

  • Google Suite
  • Airtable and Excel
  • Zapier
  • Texting Software
  • Online calendar and mapping programs

You have longevity in your administrative roles. You are energetic, responsive, possess a strong sense of urgency, and are known for your excellent attention to detail. You are a self-starter who is deadline-driven. In the past, you’ve been successful in managing a complicated schedule with precision. 

Oh, and most important – you LOVE to work with smart, motivated, and FUN people just like you.

Lock Closings is owned and managed by Elizabeth Lock, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry. She values integrity, teamwork, inclusivity, and client service. This established company of certified and experienced closing agents serves the Detroit real estate community. They have built a reputation based on their concierge level of service and ability to exceed client expectations.

REMOTE due to COVID – We seek an individual that lives in the South East Michigan area and is familiar with the geography of the Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Washtenaw counties. You must be available to work the hours of 11 am 7 pm M-F OR 8 am – 5 pm. You will be expected to travel within these areas on occasion. 

Salary: $15/hr-$25/hr with an opportunity to earn a bonus.
Additional Factors: Remote due to COVID. Post-COVID you must be willing to come into the office You must have a dedicated working space free from distractions and reliable high-speed internet. Business tools are provided.
Benefits: Paid Time Off
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Rotating shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 11 AM to 7 PM.
Location: Wixom, MI (Remote and within a 50-minute commute of Wixom, MI) You must be located in one of these counties: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, Washtenaw.
