A little bit about the opportunity…

As the Analyst for the team, you will function as a closely-aligned partner with the Director of Operations and coordinate with the entire team in performing your duties.

You will assume a vital responsibility in the analysis and reconciliation of financial reports, including rent rolls, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will conduct comprehensive financial analysis and underwriting of real estate assets, with a primary focus on multifamily and land development. Additionally, you will undertake rent and sales comparables research, and market analysis.

You will leverage this information to support the team in the preparation of proposals and offering memorandums, involving the creation of investment highlights and overviews, rent surveys, and area overviews. The ability to articulate qualitative and quantitative characteristics of each investment opportunity through writing is critical to succeeding in this role. 

The ideal candidate for this position derives satisfaction from supporting their team in presenting investment opportunities to prospective buyers, brokers, and other stakeholders. Furthermore, on occasion, you will collaborate with the Director of Operations in responding to inquiries and conducting property tours.

To Qualify

  • You have 1 or more years of experience working in commercial real estate. Experience working in multifamily and land development underwriting is a bonus. 
  • A college degree is preferred and not required
  • You have experience using Microsoft Suite (including Excel), Salesforce, CoStar, and LandVision.

The Details: 

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually in addition to a performance-based bonus

Benefits: Vacation and sick days, paid holidays, and a percentage of medical/dental coverage

Hours: Full-time, 9:00-6:00 M-F – In Office 

Location/commute: West Los Angeles, CA. Candidates MUST live within a 30-minute commute of West Los Angeles ( Century City 90067) and MUST have daily access to a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
