We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Transaction Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA, with three or more years of experience working in Acquisitions and Asset Management within the multifamily space.

Manage Deal Flow: In this role, you will handle the team’s transactions. Your responsibilities include assisting with due diligence, scheduling vendors, ensuring all parties are advised of timelines, and preparing property evaluations. You will prepare and process all disclosures, purchase agreements, representation agreements, LOI’s, counteroffers, due diligence, and rent surveys.
Support and Serve: In this role, you will provide an executive level of administrative support, including but not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management, and keeping the team focused on key tasks. You will be the voice of the office directing all traffic and will provide notoriously impeccable service — time and time again.

- MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office (inclusive of Excel), G Suite, Dropbox, and DocuSign
- Prior experience with CoStar.com
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 base commensurate with experience
Benefits: Vacation and sick days, paid holidays, and a percentage of medical/dental coverage
Hours: Full-time, 9:00-6:00 M-F
Location/commute: Los Angeles, CA. Candidates MUST live within a 30 – minute commute of LA (90010) and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
