A little bit about the role 

Your role is clear and your goals are simple: lead the organization in its effort to recruit, onboard, and retain some of the best agents in the industry. The company offers high-volume built-in lead generation tools to assist your agents in building their book of business, which makes your recruiting job even easier.

By maintaining, building, and utilizing your database of prospects, you’ll always be one step ahead of the competition. As you identify and qualify “medium-level” producers at other companies, you’ll expand prospecting sources to include networking events and local professional organizations. You will also focus your efforts on retaining existing agents. 

Areas of focus:

Recruit: Recruit agents on an ongoing basis. You know emerging talent or a top producer when you see one and you are skilled at connecting with them. You will also place a heavy emphasis on the retention of agents. 

Manage: You will supervise agents, monitor sales and the processing of transactions for smooth, successful closings. In addition to training new/existing agents and staff on company policies and procedures, you will hold agents accountable for leads and follow-up procedures, and promote and encourage a culture of learning and development. You are responsible for hitting KPIs and all reporting inclusive of budgeting. 

Coach: Serve as a resource to assist agents with sales knowledge, transactions, and necessary paperwork. Hold agents accountable for their business plans, stepping in to assist when needed. Assist with scripting and role-playing as needed. Create team-building events and sales contests. 

Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master:

  • CRMS and ATS
  • MLS
  • Google Suite 
  • Showing Time
  • Appfiles 
  • Form Simplicity

The experience we are looking for 

You have a track record of success in recruiting, managing, growing, and retaining top-producing salespeople. Ideally, you possess an in-depth knowledge of FL real estate contracts, negotiations, and disclosures, and an active FL real estate license, however, sales managers from other industries with an emphasis on recruiting and leading 1099 contractors and an active FL real estate license are strongly encouraged to apply. 

The Details

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 base salary in addition to multiple bonus opportunities. 

Hours: Full time, 40+ hrs/wk, Monday-Friday; 8:30 am – 5:30 pm results-driven. Flexibility on nights and weekends required.

Benefits: Paid Time Off, Monthly Stipend for Medical Insurance 

Location: Cape Coral, FL must live within a 30-minute commute to Cape Coral to be considered for this position.
