Their unwavering commitment to their clients has earned them a reputation as a trusted and dependable partner in the real estate industry. If you’re looking for a supportive and collaborative work environment with plenty of room to grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

A little bit about the opportunity…

Drive Strategic Plan: As the Director of Operations, you will report to the CEO, who also serves as the Company Counsel and Lead Sales Executive. You will collaborate with the CEO to execute the company’s strategic plan, and your role will encompass ensuring the organization and office operate smoothly on a daily basis while also serving as a custodian of the company’s culture.

Leadership: You will be responsible for a team of three seasoned escrow officers (presently); your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient processing of escrows, CD balancing, closing package delivery, and funding process execution with utmost accuracy and timeliness. To achieve this, you will make recommendations to the CEO to hold the escrow officers accountable for clearing their balances as per the schedule to ensure the timely clearance of the Trial Balance report. Additionally, you will support your escrow officers, ensuring a balanced workload, filling in for their time away, and conducting file audits.

Coach & Develop: In addition to training your team on company policies and procedures, you will enforce adherence to follow-up procedures and promote a culture of continuous learning and development by conducting regular reviews with your team, hiring additional escrow officers and assistants as needed, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary. Finally, you will conduct exit interviews with employees to gather feedback on how to improve the department and promote a positive work culture.

Operational Support: As you strive for continual enhancement, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and implementing, revising, or streamlining procedures utilizing RBJ. Your focus will be on creating efficient and well-documented processes, with a commitment to ongoing process improvement based on performance metrics to include onboarding new clientele.

Customer Service: You comprehend the importance of providing exceptional service and leading the way in delivering an outstanding experience to your team, sellers, buyers, real estate agents, and lenders to uphold the organization’s success.

Additional Factors: Your responsibilities will include managing your own clients as well as monitoring emails on behalf of the CEO, as workload permits. However, your desk will be kept light to ensure you can effectively fulfill your duties.

Does this sound like you?

You prioritize balance and a healthy mindset. Colleagues recognize your professionalism, emotional intelligence, and positive attitude. Your heart-centered leadership style values integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Your leadership is collaborative, supportive, direct, and fair. You solve problems and keep calm under pressure. You navigate challenges with ease and prioritize decisions that benefit the CEO and the company.
