A little bit about the opportunity…

Drive Strategic Plan: You will report directly to the CEO / Visionary of the company and work closely to execute the company’s strategic plan. As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire organization is functioning efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Areas of attention include:

  • Overall health of the Company
  • Weekly operational meetings 
  • Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Planning Meetings 

Operational Support: In your quest for continuous improvement, you will identify opportunities for increased efficiency and implement procedures that reduce waste and improve workflow. You will take ownership of the contact database, nurture its growth, and use it to support your team with lead generation and follow-up. 

Listing Management: You will prepare the team for listing appointments, analyze opportunities, and present recommendations to clients. You will manage the pre-listing and listing launch process. You will oversee the transaction coordinator and multiple vendors, ensuring the process is followed through to close. You will oversee all marketing coordination and coordinate showings, broker opens, and open houses. One of your most important activities will be holding everyone accountable for their part and celebrating wins. 

Buyer Management: You will help facilitate the onboarding process for new buyers with the agents on the team and establish both on-market and off-market searches for buyer clientele. You will communicate with buyers and follow through to the closing of their transactions. 

Drive Referrals: Manage the budget in alignment with buyer and seller referral lead generation goals. This includes tracking results to improve referral lead generation (marketing) and referral lead conversion (sales). In addition, you will track transactions negotiated between external agents or teams and hold them accountable. 

Manage the Metrics: You will track and report on key metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including cost per referral, cost per appointment, and cost per client. 

Marketing Support: You will assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns, such as preparing collateral, updating the website, and oversight of all social media platforms and client appreciation events, on behalf of the team.

To Qualify

We are looking for a talented quick-start candidate that can jump into this position and make it their own.

You have a minimum of five years of experience supporting an agent or a team at a high level, and you enjoy and have at least 3 years of experience in leading others. You hold a CA real estate license and have in-depth experience with the CA real estate contract, CAR forms, purchase contracts, drafting offers, due diligence, marketing listings, and taking deals from offer to close. 

In addition, you have experience with Glide, DocuSign, Zipforms, MLS, CRM systems, and transaction management programs, project management software, and are proficient in using macintosh software. You never “drop the ball” and understand the importance of closing deals on time!

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Beverly Hills) In Office. You live within a 30-minute commute of Beverly Hills, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: M-F – Full-time, 9 am – 6 pm, with flexibility in the evenings.

Compensation: $100k-150k base salary in addition to a performance-based bonus
