We are looking for a talented virtual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) from the Philippines who will prospect for, acquire and cultivate new clients. In this role, you will create a sense of comfort, familiarity, trust, and rapport with clients. You are not afraid to prospect, and you are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary. You are a driven self-starter who continually looks for personal growth.

You have at least 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of goals and achievements. Experience working in the real estate industry is required. 

Areas of Focus:

Lead Conversion: You will follow up with leads provided by the company and maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities. Nurturing leads and setting appointments for qualified leads for the Team’s Listing and/or Buyer Specialists is crucial to this role. Through phone calls, texts, and emails you will build rapport and trust, obtain critical information about leads. Follow, Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least three to five hours per week to deliver the team value proposition and to handle objections. 

Manage the flow: You will be training including practicing daily with role-play partners. You will manage the contact database. Adding new leads, updating contact information, taking notes, and assigning leads to drip campaigns are key. 

Measure results: You will be expected to accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics. You will be held accountable for your productivity, appointments set, and revenue targets. You will be reaching out to 2,000 – 3,000 prospects weekly. 

You will be expected to measure the lead conversion ratio and meet/exceed performance benchmarks. Your goals will include adding 10 “nurture” leads to the database every day and scheduling 10 appointments per month. 

You will also manage 150-200 person-to-person contacts per week calling on Just Listed / Just Sold Leads, Open House Leads, Inbound Buyer and Seller Leads, Spheres of Influence, Past Clients / Database, and various other sources. 

You will be expected to manage at least 50 NEW leads each week, and follow-up with existing leads to schedule at least 10 Listing appointments and/or Buyer Consultations each week.

Serve: You will provide a world-class, concierge-level of customer service to clients. You may be asked to perform other duties such as research for the team. 

Software: You are tech-savvy, proficient in using Google Suite, CRMs, project management software, and can adapt to new technology quickly.

Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps and up wired DSL (USB sticks, pocket wifi, signal-based & wireless connections are not recommended)

Salary:
$1,200 USD/month in addition to a performance-based bonus 
Hours: 40 hrs per week. 
Location: Remote. This position is open to candidates residing in the Philippines only. (Office is based in San Francisco, CA) You must have a dedicated workspace free from distraction and be available from 9 am to 5 pm PST.
