As the Listing Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in elevating and carrying forward the Eva Lin brand while highlighting the unique story of each listing.

About the Role:
- Tailor marketing collateral to resonate with the desires of each home’s target buyer.
- Conduct client interviews to learn about the highlights of the home’s treasured features for use in creating marketing materials.
- Create emotionally resonant listing copy, emphasizing the unique lifestyle benefits of each property.
- Draft complete scripts (including both dialogue and stage direction) for listing video tours.
- Ensure stunning listing photo quality.
- Art direct digital marketing brochures and other materials.
- QC collateral production, including postcards and social media posts.
- Supervise overseas Virtual Assistants for timely, high-quality marketing material delivery.

The Details:
Salary: $105K – $120K commensurate with experience
Benefits: Paid time-off, sick leave, health care monthly stipend
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week M-F, flexibility on weekends and evenings required
Location: Pasadena, CA. Hybrid remote. Must work in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
