As the Closing Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting this team in providing the highest level of care and attention to their luxury clients.


Unique Opportunity

This team has a goal of taking 50 listings in 2024 and is starting the year strong. To maintain their high service standards as they grow, they are taking the exceptional step of dividing the typical Director of Operations role into three separate departments. This team employs a DOO, and is seeking a Listing Manager and a separate Transaction Manager to round out this world-class team. 

The roles are not hierarchical. Instead, this group of subject matter experts will work collaboratively to serve clients and back each other up so that everyone can perform at their best and enjoy work-life balance and coverage when needed.


The role

As the Transaction Manager, you will serve as the point person for all things contract-related and oversee every aspect of the Contract to Close process for the team.

From sitting down with elderly sellers to carefully complete the seller disclosure package to reviewing inspection reports to ensure nothing is missed, you will take a hands-on approach to ensure every transaction runs smoothly and the client’s interests are protected.

With the support of a transaction coordinator, you will manage between 6 and 12 closings per month.


Who we are looking for

You are a real estate contracts expert with 5+ years of experience managing residential transactions in Southern California. You have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. While efficiency and streamlined processes are important to you, you understand that providing exceptional client service can mean slowing down, communicating more often, and going the extra mile to help clients during their transactions.

You are a leader in your role AND thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are warm, friendly, professional, and caring.


Key Software Proficiency

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
  • Real Estate Software: MLS, Dotloop, Zipforms, DocuSign, Dropbox 
  • CRM experience 


The Details:

Salary: $160K

Benefits: Paid time-off, sick leave, health care monthly stipend

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week M-F, flexibility on weekends and evenings required

Location: Pasadena, CA
