We Know You

You are an intrapreneur with a strong leadership personality, an excellent sense of humor, and a positive can-do attitude. You enjoy managing up and keeping your boss on track, and you are incredibly tech-savvy. You take a proactive approach to figuring things out on your own, and you like challenges. This busy office requires a hyper-organized person to run it, who also has the backbone to keep the less-organized lead agents and realtors on the team on track. And, most importantly, you believe that no job is too small and you are willing to do whatever it takes to help your team achieve its goals. 

You also have:

  • 2+ years of experience in supporting a top-producing residential team, or you have supported other small business owners at a high level with a wide range of administrative tasks. 
  • Management experience; holding others accountable

Office Management: You will play an essential part in continuing to build the business. You will maintain and streamline existing systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will take ownership of the contact database, nurture its growth, and use it to support your lead agent with lead generation and follow-up. 

Manage Deal Flow: You will project-manage all transactions from Listing Appointments to Close for the lead agent. This includes preparing your agent for listing appointments, overseeing the pre-listing prep and marketing process, scheduling showings, helping with open houses, providing seller feedback, and managing all paperwork. In addition, you will work with the transaction coordinator during the contract-to-close process. 

Marketing Assistance: You will coordinate marketing materials for the agent, including marketing listings and managing the marketing calendar. You will work with staging companies and photographers, write property descriptions, and manage the listing marketing checklist. You will also help plan and execute various client appreciation events and contribute to social media.

  • Project Management Software 
  • Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube 

The Details:

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 plus bonuses

Benefits: Vacation time, holidays, contribution toward medical benefits, 401k and profit sharing 

Hours: 8:30 am-5:00 pm, M-F with flexibility evenings and weekends 

Location: Garden Grove, CA. You live within a 40-minute commute of Garden Grove. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license and you carry insurance.
