We are looking for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to serve as the right-hand support to the Team Leader of an award-winning and established South Orange County Real Estate Team. We are seeking a dynamic assistant who can own this role. Are you an authentic caretaker who loves systems and checklists and pays attention to the details? You belong in real estate, and you aren’t the type of person to shy away from a challenge. Your organizational skills and ability to multi-task are unparalleled, and you prefer to “own” your job rather than having someone micromanage your daily tasks. You are a polished professional who understands the importance of confidentiality. You enjoy using your love for the written word to carefully respond to various communication types from the agent, the internal supportive staff, and clients.
You will support the Team Leader at a high level. On any given day, you’ll be expected to maintain impeccable listing coordination for the team, liaising with title, escrow, lenders, and the TC. From creating listing presentations and marketing materials, drafting offers, collecting signatures on various documents, keeping track of invoicing, scheduling photography and staging, running business errands, maintaining showings, and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will play an integral role in keeping the transaction process running smoothly and providing customers with notoriously impeccable service – time and time again.

You must have at least 2-3 years supporting a residential agent or a team, a CA real estate license, and be proficient when using a MAC, Google Suite, as well as the full gamut of online social websites and various lead generation tools. You must also have experience working with CA real estate contracts; drafting offers, and processing paperwork.
If you’ve dabbled in real estate sales but have come to realize that as much as you love serving clients and getting the deal closed, hunting for new business isn’t your thing, great – we think you’d be an excellent fit for this position.

Salary: $75k – $85k based on experience, plus bonus. Monthly medical stipend, 401k with employer contribution after 12 months.
Benefits: Vacation and sick pay.
Hours: In-Office – Full-time, 40+ hrs, flexibility on the evenings weekends required depending on the needs of the business. (Responding to email/calls/texts with acknowledgment as needed)
Location: South Orange County, CA You should live within a 30-minute commute of South Orange County, CA and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
