As a Listing Coordinator and Runner, you will be responsible for supporting team members in preparing the properties for market. This includes staying on top of voicemails and emails; quick responsiveness is imperative!
You will create listing agreements, prepare disclosures, and order reports. In addition to scheduling, coordinating, and meeting with vendors at the listings, you will also run errands related to listings, drop off supplies, and ensure properties are ready for showings. Processing offers and obtaining signatures go hand-in-hand with serving as a point of contact for sellers, escrow agents, and buyer agents.
You will provide support to team members at Open Houses and Showings as needed and support the Listing Agent and Listing Managers with any listing activities. This includes attending Compass Sales Meetings and Krishnan Team Meetings. Exercise your creativity by keeping online listings up-to-date and coordinating with marketing professionals to market listings.

You take charge, have a strong sense of urgency, and aren’t the type of person to shy away from a challenge. In the past, you have streamlined existing systems to ensure a company’s efficiency. Providing 5-star customer service comes naturally to you and you enjoy picking up the phone to communicate effectively. You have a tendency to triple-check the fine print and never let a detail slip by you.
You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment, evolving responsibilities, and wearing multiple hats. Overall, you enjoy being a team player and recognize that there is no task too large or small that you are not willing to tackle! You are confident your strength in project management will allow you to jump into this new role and hit the ground running.
Your Experience and Qualifications
You have 2+ years of experience in project management and customer service OR 2+ years of experience supporting other sales professionals in an administrative capacity. Experience in supporting others in real estate is a bonus.
A California Real Estate License is preferred or you are willing to obtain one after hire.
B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent experience

Salary: $80k-$100k, including bonuses
Benefits: Paid Time Off and Medical Benefits
Hours: Hybrid – Remote/On-site 1-2 days a week. Full-time 40 + hours, 9 – 6, flexibility in the evenings and weekends required depending on the needs of the business. You must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Location: San Francisco, CA You must live within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco, CA (southwest region – or willing to relocate) and MUST have daily access to a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
