A little bit about the role
As the Lead Listing Manager on the team, you will work closely with the Listing Agents and administrative staff managing up to 25 or more listings at any given time. You will lead the listing department team meetings and delegate various tasks to other team members while taking full ownership of your responsibilities, anticipating the Seller’s needs, and keeping the lines of communication open.
Areas of Focus
Listing Preparation: You will take the lead and manage all aspects of bringing the home to market. You will note repairs/improvements, coordinate vendors, and obtain quotes. You’ll oversee the project management of the repairs or improvements, staging, and media and contribute to the property descriptions. You’ll assist Sellers in completing disclosures, establishing showing schedules, and handling open house preparations.
Listing Management: You will communicate with showing agents as needed, collect feedback, and obtain clarification on any questions from buyers with sellers.
Client Care: You’ll serve as the first point of contact for sellers and guide them through the listing preparation process. By doing the heavy lifting for them, you’ll put their minds at ease and help earn the team their referrals and 5-star reviews.
The Experience We Are Looking For
- You have 3 or more years of experience supporting a real estate agent and have managed 50+ listings within the 3 years you’ve been in real estate.
- You have an active CA real estate license, or you are willing to make it a priority to obtain one upon accepting the position.
- In general, you embrace and utilize technology to its fullest potential. Ideally, you have used Follow Up Boss, Google Suite, Dropbox, ZipForms, DocuSign, the MLS, and Slack and have a solid understanding of CAR forms.

The Details:
Salary: $80k – $100k depending on experience, in addition to a regular competitive bonus.
Benefits: Unlimited Vacation Policy, Sick Pay, Holidays, 401k with a 4% employer contribution, and mileage reimbursement.
Hours: Full-time, Flexible Hybrid Schedule 40+ hrs/week M-F, Results Based. You must be able to commit to being on call one weekend a month to address urgent client needs. Let’s face it… the right candidate can see the big picture and knows how to plan ahead and manage their time effectively to limit needs on that weekend.
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90041- Hybrid – In Office – Results Based – Tuesdays are Mandatory In the Office.
