Office Manager and HR Generalist Los Angeles CA
We are looking for a talented Office Manager and HR Generalist in Los Angeles (Culver City), CA. In this role, you will lead and supervise the work of employees at a Property Management Company, serve as the office manager, lead company operations, help scale the business, and maintain a positive culture!
As the Office Quarterback, you are the culture keeper and the glue that holds the organization together. You can expect to have multiple projects from different agents at any given time and you will oversee ALL office staff. You will develop systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will assist the team in maintaining consistent branding for marketing across all platforms. You will foster and promote the company’s positive culture and plan various company events ensuring all employees feel valued. You will be responsible for the companies DAY to DAY.
As the HR Generalist, you will create and maintain new hire and personnel files, assist with onboarding and training new employees, and support the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. You will support the processing and maintenance of payroll records and inform your leadership team of issues related to employee relations. You will coach, mentor, enforce office policies, and apply corrective measures to various staff members from time to time.
As the Gatekeeper, you will be responsible for tracking and receiving mail, the purchase, and organization of office supplies, triaging office equipment, ordering supplies, and providing a high level of customer service. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve various customer complaints and follow through with solutions

- 3 or more years of office management experience in a fast-paced environment and
- 2 or more years of experience in human resources
- A track record of longevity in your former positions and you are looking for a new place to call home
- Experience in working within property management is a plus

- G Suite and Microsoft Suite

Hours: Full-time, 9:00-6:00 M-F
