Portfolio Manager Long Beach CA
We are looking for a dedicated Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of single-family and multi-family homes in and around the Long Beach area. The Mike Dunfee Group is a well-established and fast-growing Full-Service Real Estate and Property Management Company that oversees several hundred properties.

A Day in The Life
On any given day, you will be working with a diverse array of tenants and owners providing a high level of service. You will be troubleshooting and working with the maintenance team to resolve issues. You will prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Provide digital access to prospective tenants, show properties, draft leases, conduct move-in, and move-outs, use a wide array of technology to assist with listing available units. You will work hand in hand with your team, current, and prospective clients to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master
- Property management software applications experience is a plus (such as Appfolio)
- Digital Contract Management Software
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Google Suite
Salary: $60K to $65K+ in total compensation. (Base salary, guaranteed monthly incentives based on the number of doors under management, bonuses and potential to earn commission on buyer transactions)
Hours: Full time, 40+ hrs/wk, Monday-Friday; Flexibility on nights and weekends required.

Location: Long Beach, CA, must live within 10-12 miles of Long Beach to be considered for this position.
