We are searching for a sharp and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant in Boca Raton, FL to support our client, Sofia Marshall. Your Role
This is a multi-dimensional role for someone who has an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will support Sofia while providing a concierge-level of service to clients, making sure to maintain impeccable listing and transaction coordination for the team. On any given day, you’ll be expected to liaise with various third parties and vendors, serving as the gatekeeper. From scheduling photography and staging to maintaining showings and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will act as the key contact for clients and will provide them with notoriously impeccable service time and time again.

Areas of Focus:
Manage Deal Flow: In this role, you will handle the team’s entire listing and transaction portfolio. Your responsibilities include scheduling vendors, reaching out to buyers and sellers to gather all signatures whenever needed, and ensuring all parties, including the sales agents, are advised of all timelines. You will process paperwork from contract to close, listing transactions, prepare presentation packets, coordinate incoming offers, and support your agent.
Marketing: You will assist in turning clients into raving fans and manage social media. You’ll execute various marketing objectives, events and help the agent prepare for listing appointments.

To Qualify
You have one of the two following scenarios…
2 or more years supporting a residential agent or a team, a real estate license is preferred, not required. You must have experience in database management, Microsoft Office, the full gamut of online social websites, and preparing marketing materials.
or
2-3 years of administrative support working for a business leader wearing multiple hats with experience in the mentioned areas above. Maybe you’ve dabbled in real estate sales and have come to realize that as much as you love serving clients and getting the deal closed, hunting for new business isn’t your thing.

Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master…

  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the MLS
  • CRM experience (Top Producer)  
  • Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

The Details:
Location: Boca Raton, FL  You live within a 35-minute commute of Boca Raton, FL. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance.
Type of employment/hours: Full-Time Monday – Friday
Compensation: $30k-$50k salary with a potential for an annual bonus
