The Opportunity 

You will ‘own’ this position, taking a great deal of creative control in maintaining and developing systems that work for you and the team. Your responsibilities will play an important role in clearing away distractions so that your team can focus on generating new business and closing sales. 

Create Structure: By streamlining existing systems and overseeing office procedures, you’ll keep things running smoothly. The database will be your responsibility; keeping it up to date and ensuring that the contacts are tagged appropriately. 

Manage Deal Flow: Lead the listing coordination process, provide weekly listing reports, schedule and assist with showings, schedule and attend inspections, meet with vendors at the properties, provide client care, and oversee the contract-to-close process serving as the transaction coordinator. On average this team closes approximately 5 transactions per month and they are poised for growth!

Marketing Assistance: You will expand marketing initiatives by working with vendors to create brochures, advertising, and lead generation tools. You will also maintain social media accounts and assist with client appreciation events. 

The Specs

  • Experience: You have supported another real estate agent or team for at least 2 years or you have been a loan officer assistant, escrow assistant, or legal assistant with a focus on real estate. 
  • License: You hold an active CA real estate license, or you are open to obtaining one upon hire to support your team.
  • Software: You’re familiar with CRM programs, Google Drive, Project Management Software, DocuSign, MLS, and the full gamut of online social websites. 
  • Attention to detail: You want things done the right way, according to established procedures; however, you don’t let your need for perfection slow you down.

The Details:

Location/commute: Danville, CA. Candidates MUST reside within a 40-minute commute with traffic to Danville and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: 8-5, M-F

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base salary plus an opportunity to earn a bonus
