We are looking for a positive, talented, and goal-oriented Executive Assistant to join a thriving and growing business. Our client, Jacobe Kendrick, is a top-producing real estate agent in Midland, TX with nearly a decade of experience in residential real estate in the local area.

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll be able to use your upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills as a tool to ensure each transaction runs smoothly. You will provide all clients with notoriously impeccable service time and time again.
While real estate experience is not required, you have 2 + years of experience supporting an entrepreneur within a dynamic environment and simultaneously managing multiple projects.
This is a multi-dimensional role for someone who has an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You will support the agent while providing a concierge-level of service to clients, making sure to maintain impeccable listing coordination for the team.
On any given day, you’ll be expected to liaise with various third parties and vendors, serving as the gatekeeper. From scheduling photography and staging to maintaining showings and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will act as the key contact for clients and will provide them with notoriously impeccable service – time and time again. You will also work side by side with the agent on a wide range of projects and initiatives.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-3 yrs of administrative or executive level support experience
- Hospitality, financial services, legal, mortgage lending, or an escrow background is a plus
- Willing to obtain a TX real estate license to support your team

Location/commute: Midland, TX We are open to candidates who reside in Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, and Crane. You MUST have your own car, a valid drivers license, and carry insurance.
Type of employment/hours: In-Office – Full-time, 40+ hrs, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., M-F, flexibility required
Compensation: $30K – $60K based on experience plus a bonus
Benefits: Paid Time-Off
