This is a multi-dimensional role for someone who has excellent communication skills. You will support the lead agent while providing a concierge level of service to clients, maintaining impeccable listing and transaction coordination for the team. On any given day, you’ll liaise with various third parties and vendors, serving as the gatekeeper. From scheduling photography and staging to maintaining showings and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will act as the key contact for clients and will provide them with notoriously impeccable service — time and time again.

Real Estate Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience supporting another agent or you have been a real estate agent and, as much as you enjoy the industry, selling real estate is not your thing. You hold a TX real estate license.
Tech-Savvy: You have the aptitude to learn new programs quickly and can troubleshoot common issues. You are skilled in CRM programs, Google Suite, and Social Media and have experience working with TX real estate contracts, drafting offers, and processing paperwork.
SUPER Organized with Perfectionist Tendencies: You work in a structured, orderly way, and you hold others accountable to do the same. Of course, you want things to be done the right way according to established procedures; however, you don’t let your need for perfection slow you down, and you always work with a strong sense of urgency and an eye on meeting deadlines.
Customer-focused: You know people and can effectively communicate with clients verbally and in written form. You are solutions-oriented and can “Keep Calm and Carry On” when interrupted by shifting priorities. You are great at empathizing with others and building quality relationships.
The ULTIMATE Team Player: You are not looking at this opportunity as a stepping stone to becoming a sales agent. You know that your strengths are in a supportive role and value the concept of “Together Everyone Achieves More.” You can work 40 hours per week and you have evening/weekend flexibility from time to time.

Salary: $60k – $75k based on experience, plus bonus.
Benefits: Vacation, sick pay, monthly contribution toward medical benefits of your own choosing.
Hours: In-Office for the first 90 days. Work From Home 1-2 days a week after 90 days – Full-time, 40 hrs, flexibility on the evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the business. (Responding to email/calls/texts with acknowledgment as needed)
Location: Plano, TX. You should live within a 40-minute commute of 75024 Plano, TX and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
