A Day In the Life

In this role, you will provide executive administrative support to Natalie, leveraging your strengths. This may include but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management, and holding your agent accountable for following up on leads. You will also provide a concierge level of customer service to clients – time and time again. 

You fully embrace and agree that proper planning prevents poor performance of the team. 

You’ll do a little of everything, including but not limited to:

Administrative Support: You will play an essential part in continuing to build the business. You will maintain and streamline existing systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will take ownership of the contact database, nurture its growth, and use it to hold Natalie accountable for lead generation and follow-up. 

Manage Deal Flow: You will project-manage all transactions from Listing Appointment to Close. This includes preparing Natalie for listing appointments, overseeing the pre-listing prep and marketing process, scheduling showings, helping prepare for open houses, providing seller feedback, and managing all paperwork. In addition, you will work with the transaction coordinator during the contract-to-close process and run business errands from time to time. 

Marketing Assistance: You will coordinate marketing materials for Natalie with the marketing coordinator, and you will also help plan and execute various client appreciation events and follow-ups.

To Qualify

We are looking for a polished professional with 2 or more years of administrative and/or project management experience – real estate experience is not required; however, if you have residential real estate experience and have supported others in this capacity, it is a plus.


The Details:

Salary: $42,000 – $52,000 base salary plus an opportunity for a bonus 

Hours: Work From Home – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., M-F  (35-40 hours a week) 

Benefits: Vacation time, holidays, sick pay, and a monthly contribution toward medical benefits of your own choosing 

Location: Spokane, WA or Coeur d’Alene, ID. You have a workspace free from distractions, live within the local areas listed, have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
