We Know You
You aren’t the type of person to shy away from a challenge. You’re smart, confident, and you take pride in keeping calm under pressure and thriving in situations where others would struggle. Your organizational skills and ability to multi-task are unparalleled, and you prefer to “own” your job rather than having someone micromanage your daily tasks. Communication is your forte, and you can catch the smallest of errors. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll be able to use your upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills as a tool to ensure each transaction runs smoothly.
You will support the Founder as his right hand while providing concierge-level service to clients, manage the database, managing listings, all pocket listings on behalf of the brokerage, event planning. You will also be responsible for general office administration, triaging various office equipment, and ordering supplies. On any given day, you’ll be expected to liaise with various third parties and vendors, serving as the gatekeeper. You’ll have your hands in every part of the business.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate supporting a busy real estate agent or team
- Record of high integrity and strong ethics, longevity in your employment history
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and the ability to coordinate multiple transactions at a time
Key Software Proficiency
- Google Suite (Inclusive of sheets)
- CAR Forms, MLS, Docusign
- CRMs, Asana, Slack

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Pacific Palisades) You live in close proximity to the Pacific Palisades, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance.
Type of employment/hours: Full-time 9 am – 6 pm, with flexibility in the evenings
Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 based on experience
Benefits: Paid vacation, sick days, health insurance, 401K
