Real Estate Executive Assistant San Francisco CA
We’re looking for a savvy Real Estate Executive Assistant in San Francisco, CA, to support a top-producing agent. If you are currently a Real Estate Assistant on a top-producing team and have an active CA real estate license, we think you’d be an excellent fit for this competitive position.
This is a multi-dimensional role for someone who has excellent communication skills. You will support the lead agent while providing a concierge level of service to clients, maintaining impeccable listing and marketing coordination for the team. On any given day, you’ll liaise with various third parties and vendors, serving as the gatekeeper. From scheduling photography and staging to maintaining showings and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business. You will act as the key contact for clients and will provide them with notoriously impeccable service — time and time again.
This is NOT a sales role, which means that you’ll get to enjoy all the fun perks of showing property without the added stress of sales. You will support the agent with buyer/seller activity and schedule and attend private showings. You will also work with the agent on a wide range of projects and initiatives.

Your organizational skills and ability to multi-task are unparalleled, and you prefer to “own” your job rather than having someone micromanage your daily tasks. You belong in real estate, and in addition to being hardworking and diligent, you pride yourself on your commitment to ethics and integrity. Details are your forte, and you can catch the smallest of errors. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll be able to use your upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills as a tool to ensure each transaction runs smoothly.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience assisting a top-producing Real Estate Agent, office, or team, and an in-depth understanding of the CA real estate contract is required
- Record of high integrity and strong ethics, longevity in your employment history
- A California real estate license is REQUIRED
- Experience with various CRM’s, Google Suite, MLS, and Updating Websites

Compensation: $85k-$100k commensurate with experience plus a performance-based bonus

Location: San Francisco, CA (Nob Hill) You live within a 30-minute commute of Nob Hill in San Francisco. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license and you carry insurance.
Type of employment/hours: Full-time 9 am – 6 pm, with flexibility on the evenings and weekends. A successful candidate in this role will be working a few weekends a month to assist with showings, and in trade, will be provided with alternate days off during the week. This position is results-oriented and best suited for a candidate who wants to own their role. A hybrid, in-office, and work-from-home schedule is available for the right candidate.
