Our client is looking for a growth-minded and tech-savvy Real Estate Operations Administrator on the Westside of Los Angeles. This full-time, flexible, role is ideal for an organizational leader who is excited to manage and support two agents in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate office environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll do a little of everything, including but not limited to:

Support and Serve:

  • Provide an executive level of administrative support to the Agents 
  • Assist the Agents to prioritize, strategize, and focus on key tasks

Build a strong foundation:

  • Draft systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient office flow
  • Oversee all database management and help scale operations as the business grows

Manage Deal Flow:

  • Own all listing management and liaise with the transaction manager, ensuring that all contracts, addendums, and disclosures are accurately executed
  • Provide an elite concierge-level of customer service. Serve as the key contact person for clients and make them the priority with follow-up and follow-through at every step in the process 

Marketing Support:

  • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns, such as managing all social media platforms on behalf of the team

To Qualify

You have a minimum of two years of experience supporting an agent or a team at a high level. Ideally, you hold a CA real estate license, or you are willing to obtain one to support your team. You have experience with CAR forms, purchase contracts, drafting offers, marketing listings, and taking deals from offer to close. Ideally, you have experience with DocuSign, MLS, CRM systems, transaction management programs, Google Suite, and Slack. You never “drop the ball” and understand the importance of closing deals on time!

The Details

Salary: $75k-$90k plus commensurate with experience plus a performance-driven bonus 

Benefits: Vacation, sick pay, contribution towards medical benefits

Hours: Full-time 9-6, 40+ hrs, flexibility on the evenings weekends required depending on the needs of the business. (Responding to email/calls/texts with acknowledgment as needed) A hybrid in office/working from home is available to the right candidate who understands it’s all about the results! 

Location: Los Angeles (Beverly Hills), CA You should live within a 40-minute commute of Beverly Hills, CA, and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
