Real Estate Sales Manager Laguna Niguel CA

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join The McGuire Team in Laguna Niguel, CA. We are seeking a dynamic manager whose goal is to motivate, lead, and inspire their agents. This is a friendly, progressive, and fun office consisting of multiple administrative professionals and 4 agents with plans to expand to 25 agents.

You have a minimum of five years of experience in the California real estate market. You possess an in-depth knowledge of CA real estate contracts, negotiations, disclosures, and a proven track record of luxury sales. You may have been a Sales Manager in real estate or another industry in the past, and you have a track record of success in recruiting, managing, growing and retaining top-producing salespeople. You are positive, innovative, and energetic. You are incredibly tech-savvy!

Areas of focus

Manage: Oversee the offices day-to-day operations in conjunction with the Director of Operations. You will supervise agents, monitor sales, and the processing of transactions for smooth, successful closings. Train new/existing agents and staff on company policies and procedures. Hold agents accountable for leads and follow-up procedures. Promote and encourage a culture of learning and development. You are responsible for hitting KPIs and all reporting.

Recruit: Recruit agents on an ongoing basis. You know emerging talent or a top-producer when you see one and you are skilled at connecting with them. You will also place a heavy emphasis on the retention of agents.

Coach: Serve as a resource to assist agents with sales knowledge, transactions, and necessary paperwork. Hold agents accountable for their business plans, stepping in to assist when needed. Assist with scripting and role-playing as needed.

Additional Factor: You will have the opportunity to work with your existing sphere of influence.

  • Various Email Platforms 
  • Basic Computer skills

Salary: Commensurate with experience, multiple bonus opportunities. Commissions on closings from your existing sphere of influence.
Hours: Full time, 40+ hrs/wk, Monday-Friday; Flexibility on nights and weekends required.

Location: Laguna Niguel, CA must live within a 45-minute commute to Laguna Niguel to be considered for this position.
