We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager in Los Angeles, CA (Pacific Palisades). Does this sound like you?

You have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Management in the Real Estate industry and possess an expert level knowledge of real estate contracts, disclosures, negotiation, and transaction management. You have a track record of success in recruiting, managing, growing and retaining top-producing real estate agents. You are positive, innovative, and energetic. 

Areas of Focus:

Drive Recruiting: You will actively recruit, onboard, train, coach, and manage the sales team. You will ensure sales agents follow up with leads timely and appropriately by reviewing and reporting on agent accountability metrics from the company CRM. 

Drive Leads: You will manage leads and accountability systems, serving as the liaison with companies that supply leads. This includes optimizing all marketing and branding, tracking results, and reporting back on key metrics. You will analyze metrics to increase efficiency and improve lead generation (marketing) and lead conversion (sales). 

Drive Strategic Plan: You will work hand in hand directly with the Founder / Visionary of the company to ensure the company is operating efficiently and optimally for the success of all the sales agents. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

You have 3+ years of management experience and a real estate license.

Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master…

  • Google Suite (Inclusive of sheets) 
  • CAR Forms, MLS, Docusign
  • CRMs, Asana, Slack

The Details:

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Pacific Palisades)  You live in close proximity of the Pacific Palisades, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time 9-6 pm, flexibility in the evenings and weekends is required. 

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, a performance-based bonus, and the ability to receive a commission when working with your existing book of business.
