A Day In The Life

You love getting things done and “I got this” is something you hear yourself say a lot. You enjoy a job where no day is the same; problem-solving comes naturally to you. Details never slip past you and you consider yourself to be incredibly organized. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse. As the first point of contact for clients and agents, you’ll be able to use your upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills as a tool to help the office run smoothly.

You like picking up the phone, speaking to clients, and responding to email promptly. You are open to obtaining your real estate license to support your team; you are not interested in selling.

Your duties will also include:

  • Provide administrative support to the team which includes tasks such as phone and email management, calendar organization, project management, and compliance
  • Liaise with the transaction coordinator in every stage of a transaction process
  • Prepare properties for listings and showings, enter data in MLS, set up disclosures, coordinate listing packets, and buyer packages, and create CMA’s
  • Database management and help scale operations as the business grows
  • Run errands – opening doors and managing a wide variety of vendors 
  • Liaise with marketing 
  • Assist in planning client appreciation events, follow up, and closing gifts
  • Serve as the key contact person for clients by providing a concierge-level of service

To Qualify

We are looking for a polished professional with 1-2 years of administrative and project management experience – real estate experience is not required, however, if you have residential real estate experience and have supported others in this capacity, it is a plus. This is a COVID remote opportunity; however, you must be located within 20 minutes of Long Beach, and have reliable transportation. You will be required to run errands, attend in-person meetings, and there is a local business office where you will work from post-COVID restrictions.

The Details

Salary: $25-$29 per hour  based on experience
Benefits: Paid time off, holidays, medical benefits, and retirement benefits after 90 days, business mileage reimbursement
Hours: Full-time, M-F; flexibility during the evenings and weekends is required
Location: Long Beach, CA (COVID remote but will attend in-person meetings and in-office post COVID restrictions) You live within a 20-minute commute to Long Beach, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license and you carry insurance.
