We are looking for a talented Sales Manager (Real Estate) in San Francisco, CA to establish performance standards, encourage a thriving company culture, and inspire achievement among agents and staff alike. This diverse and challenging role is best suited to a Leader / Driver / Influencer personality type.

You have 2-5 years of experience in selling residential real estate and have closed a high volume of transactions for your tenure in the industry. You have 2 plus years of sales management in residential real estate or another sales-driven field. A CA license will be required upon hire and we are open to relocation for the right candidate.

Areas of Focus:

Lead the Team: As the Team Leader, you will oversee team meetings, the training and recruiting of new agents and team members, and lead tracking. You will serve as a resource to assist agents with sales knowledge, transactions, and necessary paperwork. You will help them become their clients’ trusted advisor while serving as a valuable resource to assist agents. You will hold one-on-ones regularly to ensure all KPIs are met.

Accountability: You will step in and help whenever and wherever necessary. The importance of your role in the accountability process cannot be overstated. This is a key requirement for this position. You will hold all team members accountable for production and results and therefore you are capable of holding yourself accountable as well.

Create Structure: You will act as the quarterback for this team, leading the team to a higher level. You will keep the trains running on time by maintaining the checklists and procedures the office has developed and implementing new systems when needed.

Lead Generation and Distribution: This team has an incredible lead source. You will be responsible for the distribution of various leads and will take a hands-on approach. As you leverage other members of your team to assist with the contract to close process, you will encourage all agents to continue to build their sphere of influence.

Recruit: Recruit seasoned agents on an ongoing basis with an emphasis on the retention of agents. You know a top-producer when you see one.

The Details:

Salary: Salary of $100k-$120k, based on experience and an aggressive bonus.

Benefits: Paid Vacation, 401k, Paid Parking

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week M-F, some flexibility on the weekends required

Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote but you must be located within 40 minutes)
