A little bit about the role

The Sales Assistant is a multi-dimensional and challenging role that directly supports a team of established, top-producing residential real estate agents and their growing client base. 

Buyer Management: You will support the buyer’s agents by managing all incoming leads, preparing agents for appointments, preparing and managing contracts and disclosures, and managing the CRM. You will help facilitate the onboarding process for new buyers with the agents on the team and establish both on-market and off-market searches for buyer clientele. You will liaise with the transaction coordinator, communicate with buyers, and follow through to closing their transactions. You will order inspections, and manage vendors, and invoices. You will also support the agents by ordering closing gifts and obtaining reviews and referrals.

The experience we are looking for

You have at least 2 years of experience in project and vendor management. It’s a plus if you have supported buyers agents on another real estate team or have worked for a home staging company where your duties included vendor management and project management.

You are tech savvy and have utilized Google Suite/MS Suite, Excel, CRMs, project management software, and communication tools, and you learn new technology tools quickly.

The Details 

Salary: $75k-$90k commensurate with experience plus an opportunity for a bonus. 

Benefits: Paid time off and medical benefits. 

Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs; flexibility on the evenings and weekends may be required depending on the needs of the business. 

Location: San Carlos, CA. (Hybrid – WFH & In Office) You live within a 45-minute commute of San Carlos, CA, and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance. You have a workspace free from distractions.
