A Day In The Life

In this position, your primary responsibility will be overseeing up to 75 transactions annually. This team has established efficient systems and processes already in place, and your duties will include drafting contracts for the team, managing vendors, coordinating schedules, liaising with escrow and lenders, communicating with clients, arranging for lockboxes and signs, scheduling walkthroughs, and working closely with the listing agent, buyers, and sellers to ensure all necessary disclosures are handled in a timely manner.

Computer Minimum System Requirements:

CPU: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support, 2 GHz or faster processor

RAM: 4 GB and above

GPU: 2GB and above


Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps and up wired DSL 

(USB sticks, pocket wifi, signal-based & wireless connections are not recommended)

Salary: $1,000 – $1,800 commensurate with experience with an opportunity for a bonus. 

Benefits: Holidays, Sick Time, Contribution toward medical benefits. 

Hours: 40 hrs per week. 

Location: Remote (Office is based in Mill Valley, CA) You must be available to work between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm PST and have a dedicated work space free from distraction.
