About the role 

This role is best suited for someone who recognizes that change is constant, can shift priorities as necessary, and is a flexible problem-solver. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing a high volume of transactions. If you have a customer-centric approach to handling details, deadlines, and multiple customers, then this may be the job for you! 

Manage Deal Flow: As the main point of contact, you will present and negotiate offers with customers, negotiate and manage requests for repairs, create amendments, remove contingencies, calendar dates, and deadlines, and follow through to closing until the commission is received. You will be responsible for compliance and ensure that all disclosures have been received. 

Customer Service: Providing customer service with a smile, both internally and externally, should come naturally to you. You will assist the agents on your team with preparing offers and utilizing the software available to the team and enjoy going the extra mile to create a positive and memorable experience for customers. 

The skills we are hunting for 

We are looking for a career Real Estate Administrator who knows their strengths are in supporting others. You have prior experience as a Listing Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, Title/Escrow Assistant, or you have been a real estate agent and, as much as you enjoy the industry, you prefer stable income and structured working hours. 

You are a proven achiever with ambitions of greatness and the work ethic to match. As someone who plans their day with intention, you are also detail-oriented, deadline-driven, enjoy managing your schedule with precision and can shift priorities as necessary. You are a problem-solver and, without being prompted, you look for ways to streamline the business and evolve your position to better serve customers and the team as a whole. 

Your Qualifications:

  • MUST have an active FL real estate license or be willing to obtain one within the first 90 days
  • MUST have 1 or more years of supporting real estate agents at a high level
  • MUST be proficient with real estate contracts, DocuSign, MLS, CRM/transaction management software
  • Must be proficient in using the Google Suite and Microsoft Suite 

The Details: 

Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 based on experience plus an opportunity for a monthly bonus

Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, medical and dental benefits, and access to vision benefits for employees, 401k, and profit-sharing. 

Hours: Full-time, 8 am – 5 pm in the office, and weekends on occasion. 

Location: Punta Gorda, FL You should live within Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, or Cape Coral and you MUST have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive to work, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
