You are a smart, independent, strategic thinker, and you love to be given the creative space to soar.
You have a keen eye for design and can easily communicate with a graphic designer, if this is not in your wheelhouse, on occasional special projects to obtain the desired results.
You are seeking a “forever home”, and you want to be a valued member of a team. You have 2+ years of experience supporting real estate agents or others in a dynamic service-based industry in the USA or Canada. You have a strong sense of urgency and superior English writing skills.
You must be proficient in using:
- Social Media
- Google Suite (including Sheets/Excel), and
- project management software.
You are tech-savvy, highly organized, and understand the importance of thinking ahead and adhering to dates and deadlines. You are not afraid to communicate on the phone and speak with various vendors and the community.
A Day In the Life
This position entails building and executing long-term strategic initiatives that will directly impact the brand, market perception, and lead-to-conversion results.
Areas of Focus:
- Manage and execute marketing activities using social media and print marketing to support prospecting, new listings, client loyalty, and referral networks
- Project manage events, including open houses and business-building initiatives
- Obtain online reviews, keep the website up to date, and manage the client appreciation programs
- Call a targeted list to follow up on mailings and invite them to local community events
- Demonstrate creativity within constraints and have the ability to produce a range of marketing materials on the fly
Computer Minimum System Requirements:
CPU: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support, 2 GHz or faster processor
RAM: 8 GB and above
GPU: 2GB and above
Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps and up wired DSL
(USB sticks, pocket wifi, signal-based & wireless connections are not recommended)
Salary: $1,000 – $1,800 USD/mo
Benefits: PTO, holidays, and a contribution toward medical benefits
Hours: 40 hrs per week.
Location: Remote (Office is based in El Cerrito, CA) You must have a dedicated workspace free from distraction and be available from 10 am to 7 pm PST. Please note that this position is only open to candidates residing in the Philippines.
